FAQ

{1} Where can I see all the products you make?
       There are many ways to connect with myself and the products I offer.  The first would be here on the blog where you can click on the products tab at the top of the page to see my items. It would be impossible to show you all the bows in all the colors available, so each item will have the ribbon sizes that are available. You can then look at the colors I have currently, or check out the color charts for custom color orders.
       Another way to connect and see all I offer would be my Facebook Fan Page. I try to keep this page as updated as my blog. I have many different photo albums to reflect what I make and even have pictures of my bows being worn by customers so you can see them in action. Connecting with me on Facebook is a great way to stay updated since I have it linked to my blog as well.  My posts can show up right in your newsfeed!
      Lastly, I also try to keep a current board on Pinterest so that you can pin and share my products with others on that site as well!

{2} How can I order?
      Under the contact tab on the blog there is an order form for you to fill out.  After I have received your form I will send you a confirmation email with information you need to complete your order based on the type of payment you have opted to use and clearing any custom instructions/questions you may have.

{3} What types of payment do you accept?
       As of right now, I accept cash, check, or PayPal.  Cash and check is self-explanatory.  After you complete your order form, I will send you a confirmation email. If you are paying by cash or check I will have included my address and you can send your payment there.  (Bows will not be shipped until payment has been received). If you have chosen PayPal, I will send you a PayPal invoice and you have a couple options for how you would like to pay. You can use your PayPal balance, a credit/debit card, or even your bank account! 

{4} What if I don't see something that I want?
      One of my favorite sayings is, "You have not because you ask not." Just because you do not see a color you like doesn't mean it can't be ordered. If you have a specific look you are wanting and don't see something that fits it, just send me an email or comment on my Facebook Fan Page {maybe include a picture!} and I will see if I can make it.  I love a challenge and love to create new things.

{5} What are your timelines for production and shipping?
       From the time you receive your confirmation email, I ask for 7 days to complete your order if I have the ribbon in stock.  If I need to order or purchase more ribbon I ask for 10 days.  Once your order is complete and payment has been received you can expect 3-5 days for shipping on your order {I currently ship using USPS First Class Mail}.


{6} What kind of clips do you use on your bows?
     As of right now, I have only made bows that are attached to a lined, double prong alligator clip. Each clip is completed with a no-slip grip {see pictures below}. Other types of clips are available upon request for those who may have thicker hair and need a french clip that actually snaps closed.
